FitReserve: My Experience
With a busy lifestyle, sometimes finding the time to get a workout in isn’t easy. Schedules vary, and sticking to the same routine every day isn’t always an option. Your health should be a priority though, and if you're always on the go like me, staying in shape can keep you sane. I like to consider my one hour per day of exercise as the only time I have away from my cell phone!
I also love switching my workouts up, since following the same fitness method can get both boring and monotonous. Working out isn't usually the most fun thing to do, but there are ways to make working out less like a job...I've found out how.

B/Spoke, Soul Cycle's biggest enemy, is located in the heart of the Financial District in Boston. I totally adore this fancy spin studio, and their hot ride is one of my favorites. I'm even going at 7:30 tonight!
Brick, Boston's coolest gym, has officially opened a few blocks down from B/Spoke. If you've never tried CrossFit, I highly suggest it. Although Brick is one of the hardest workouts I've ever tried, getting in shape at Brick is insanely easy.
I'm leaving for a month in a few weeks (I can't believe my trip has come some quickly) so I'm simply putting my account on hold until I return, which is another fantastic FitReserve addition. What gym allows you to pay $10 to put your account on hold?! I get more excited about FitReserve every time I log on!
I'm suggesting they create an app, so workout lovers like me can simply schedule classes on their phone...but I'll keep you posted on that.
