Being a teenager is a great time. You have plenty of enough freedom, but still security from your family. You're learning about yourself, your interests, and your goals, while experimenting in every area. I wish teenage hood never had to end! As I get older, I learn how to manage things like my time, my finances, and my attitude towards life. One thing that can frequently interfere with my happiness is menstrual pain. Lucky for you, and me, there is a new product that'll basically save your life during your time of the month. It doesn't matter if you're dealing with cramps, headaches, or fatigue; this product will give you relief from all of the above. Advil® Menstrual Pain, available at Walmart, is the newest product to hit shelves. Two major facts that stood out to me is the fact that this product is caffeine & antihistamine, something you rarely find in many shelf remedies. As always, use as directed.

I decided to put together a holiday gift basket that includes Advil® Menstrual Pain. All of my girlfriends are always talking about how much they wish they had assistance with the pain they deal with during their time of the month, so what better gift than to help them feel better?

I wanted to create a gift basket that is affordable and also assists with stress relief. I put an adult coloring book, colored pencils, a bar of dark chocolate (for antioxidants!) a bottle of Advil® Menstrual Pain, and a gift card in my gift basket. I don't know about you, but if one of my friends gave me this basket for Christmas, I'd absolutely ADORE them!

To assemble:

Step 1: Purchase a suitable gift basket. I like this one, but anything you have lying around the house should be fine. Wicker baskets are always great.

Step 2: Assemble your items on a table. I like to look at them in front of me because it helps organize them in your mind prior to organizing them in a basket.

3. Start with the bigger items and put them on the bottom, like the coloring book and the colored pencils. Then, assemble the rest of the items on top and throw a card in there too. I like to add some additional pretty items, like sparkles or confetti, but unfortunately, I didn't have any around my house when I made this basket.

4. Now, it should be set! If your basket looks good, and you've made sure to include the most important product (Advil® Menstrual Pain) you've successfully made a homemade gift basket that is ready to be gifted to your favorite person!

What are you going to fill your holiday gift basket or stocking with this season? Head to Walmart to buy this product + more! Don't forget to treat yourself, either!
