Food with Freshly
I love food. Any of my friends/family know that I'd most likely rather be in my kitchen cooking than doing anything else. Whether I'm making Easter brunch, or pancakes on a Sunday, cooking is literally one of my favorite activities.
If you haven't jumped on the food delivery bandwagon yet, you're missing out. I came across Freshly through another blogger who I follow, and I instantly fell in love with their natural and accessible mission. With a huge selection of gluten-free, low-carb and paleo meals, you simply create an account and no longer have to worry about basically ever cooking again. As much as I love to cook, my work schedule doesn't exactly enable me to cook from home every night. That's one of the reasons why I love Freshly: you don't have to have a huge budget, or any ingredients, to eat healthy and good food.
I chose a few different meals for the week: gluten-free bolognese, salmon, cauliflower rice, and some more options. I was a huge fan of the gluten-free pasta most out of all of the meals I tried, but I loved the fact that I could eat the food for lunch, dinner or breakfast. I also ordered a paleo breakfast meal, which included delicious eggs and a paleo muffin. I put a tablespoon of grass-fed butter on the muffin, heated it up, and enjoyed a filling and tasty breakfast post-workout.
If you've got a busy schedule, or live in a city, I highly suggest investing in ordering from Freshly. You won't regret eating food that is tasty along with incredibly healthy for you, almost everyday.
