I invite you to come along for a fashionably fierce and insane ride.

Alice + Olivia 2014

The mix of vintage and modern essentials was present throughout the collection. A poofy denim
type shirt is reminiscent of a current chambray shirt, but this one definitely reminds me of one a
schoolgirl would have worn in past decades.

Beautiful clutches mixed with bold but eye catching prints had everyone in awe.

Asos denim, Zara boots, EM Reservoir top, CC Skye bag, Urban Outfitters vest,
Femme d'armes belt, Michael Kors watch

Can't get over this one jacket! The most stunning piece out of the collection. Handcrafted
and an option for dresses and jeans.

With designer, Stacey! She is so sweet and flamboyant!

Alice + Olivia never fails me. For a RTW collection, designer Stacey Bendet
knows how to dress women. Most importantly, she knows how to make women
of all ages feel both sexy and chic, while also giving you the option of wearing an
outfit from work to dinner. The Spring 2014 presentation was held at the Highline
Stages in Meatpacking, and was a big relief from the madness at Lincoln. The
minute I walked in to the presentation, a part of me felt like I was back at the
madness of Lincoln Center: for such a huge venue, the place was packed with a person
standing in every square of space. Champagne and sparkling flavored water was passed
around while the models stood on risers and small stages throughout the venue. This
collection was big. Rows upon rows of girls stood around while show goers enjoyed
previewing the collection.

Everything from bedazzled jackets to ripped denim with kitten heels and ball gown
dresses took to the stage. What caught my eye is the sparkly clutches with cute (yes,
I'm talking schoolgirl cute) structured bags. Pair that with a pair of stilettos and trousers,
and you're ready to go to work. Or a parent teacher conference. Either way, Alice + Olivia
has moms of all ages (and possibly rich schoolgirls) looking and feeling like gold.
