A snowy day in NY during NYFW. Nothing better than traveling
through NY in jeggings and combat boots when you know you are
bound to fall at some point (just hope it is not when walking onto
the platform at Lincoln Center where street style photographers
decide to swarm around.) Spent time with the lovely Amanda around
Lincoln Center during shows and in between grabbing food at
Whole Foods, while we ran outside to get shots right as the snow
began and the ran drizzled off all the buildings. Dressing for the
weather and dressing for Fashion Week is controversial: do you go
for the Christian Louboutin heels because they match your new studded
Wang bag, or opt for the comfy Superga sneaks just because they are
a safer bet? Can't say I was quite surprised at the amount of stylists,
bloggers, editors etc that still showed up in heels after getting off the
subway even when the rain and snow picked up and it was like we
were all ice skating vs. attending a society event.

My Rag and Bone jeggings had the honor of being worn a 2nd time
(wow, for getting them in September of last year you can say they
are a huge wardrobe staple. Haha) and every time still manage to
cut bigger indentations in my hips than expected. Buttttt fashion is
pain, so complaining is not an option. The mix between the edgy jeans
and boots/bag with the professional and sheer top and necklace is
appealing in several ways, mainly due to the aspect of wearing a
blue vest with rose gold pink leather pants. Fashion is always a surprise.
