NYFW invites are already rolling in, meaning it is less than 3 weeks away
and I have outfits upon outfits to plan. Let the stress begin!  At
least my new beautiful business cards will finally come in handy! February
FW is in my opinion the hardest season because even though we are looking
at summer collections, the weather feels everything but. February can
bring snow, ice, rain, or 50 degree weather, all in the same week. So the
question is....what do I wear? For me, staying warm is key, even if it means
sacrificing your favorite pair of Louboutins or your crazy Rag & Bone leather
jeans that will have you dripping in ice by the end of the evening for something
a bit more practical. Running from shows to events leaves every fashionista
wishing for practicality in the clothes that she wears.

Above is an outfit that would be a perfect pick for your chilly winter day
running around the city. Those pants are heaven and the blazer and
peplum top is still professional and minimalistic. You could go with heels
but I figured why not try black suede loafers instead? They have the same
effect but won't give you 700 blisters.
