I was recently contacted by someone from an organization called "We Love Wool" which promotes people wearing wool. It's a fab organization that promotes wearing wool as an all-natural and organic fiber. Molly (from We Love Wool) told me that if I posted a wool look on the website, I could potentially win a $12,000 trip to Australia! Of courrrsee I just had to enter!
I personally love wool because it is a much healthier fabric compared to polyester or synthetics. Another reason why wool is so amazing is because the item can be hand-made! That gives many people in third world countries the opportunity to have a sustainable living and especially for women to be able to have a home based business and support themselves and their families. I wore my wool dress today for my outfit because I love how it's so comfy and chic! Wool totally adjusts to the temperature changes, and living on the East Coast, I get a lot of them! I could wear this dress in the summer with wedges and nothing else, and I could wear it now with my combat boots and warm wool scarf! I love seeing a campaign that is trying to encourage people to look at natural fibers and where they come from.
I entered the competition here, and I would love if you would "heart" my photo! It would mean the world to me! And who wouldn't want to get the word out about wool?!
