24 Hours in Miami
What is one thing I've learned about life? The size of your pants doesn't determine the type of person you are. It's always hard to not compare yourself to your friends who might be taller than you, skinnier than you, have better hair (or anything else) but the minute those thoughts creep in, you have to push them out of your mind.
You're the best version of yourself; regardless of what you look like. What matters is what's on the inside. What matters is what you can do to make this world a better place.
A few of my best friends and I headed to Miami this weekend to hang out and shoot pics. We stayed at the Atton Hotel, which is probably the calmest and prettiest hotel I've ever stayed at in Miami. We threw our bathing suits on, ate pizza for dinner in the hotel room, and relaxed for the weekend. Check out the video we filmed below!
2017 is creeping up on us. I'm excited for the new year, and the progress happening with my initative, Media Impact and Navigation for Teens. The next school we are presenting at is in Connecticut in January, and than two NYC schools. I'm going to be speaking even more about body image in the talks, so if you have any interesting stories about your body or experiences, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
