Twas’ the Night Before Christmas

525 America sweater, French Connection skirt, Zara boots, Oscar & Anna bag, Femmes d’Armes silk tie (on bag), Carolee necklace
Merry Christmas Eve! I hope you’re enjoying with lots of family, fun, and of course, food! I just finished wrapping presents (an annual tradition every year with one of my best friends who is basically my sister) and then we grabbed some tasty sushi. I’m not planning on doing a full crazy meal like Thanksgiving tomorrow, because cooking can be SO tiring! This year my family is sticking with a few main veggie sides, small cornish hens, and for dessert I’m thinking of baked apples with cashew cream? What are your go-to holiday desserts?
On Sunday night I went out with my friend for a quick Whole Foods run, and opted to wear this stunning color block skirt that hangs in my closet *quite lonely the majority of the time.* I love the fact that the skirt isn’t just straight, the pattern is wavy and the pleats are vintage yet modern.
Since most people have their ears pierced, it would be a great idea to add a vintage earring to a look like this, similar to this here. If you know me, you know my major obsession with chunky sweaters, and this one by 525 America was $20 at a boutique in MA. Summer clearance rocks my socks.
Have an incredible holiday and indulge, enjoy, and be merry! Thank you again for all your support, that is the best gift I could ever ask for 🙂
